Construction Update – June 2024
Facade Panels Install Commence!
This week, we received the prefabricated facade panels that will transform the landscape of Beach Street. Installation of these panels has begun, and progress is moving along quickly.
This week, framing for level 4 was finished, with framing now underway for levels 1 through 3, marking significant progress in the construction process.
Services rough-in is progressing well on levels 3 and 4, with work advancing at a great pace.
